We are a group dedicated to the development of soccer referees in the Western part of New York State. We currently service the following districts: Batavia, Binghamton, Buffalo, Elmira, Ithaca, Rochester, Southern Tier, Syracuse, and Twin Tier.

We are affiliated with the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) through the Western New York Soccer Association, Inc. and New York State West Youth Soccer Association.
