Please note: Our national governing body, as well as federal and state laws, have mandated a number of changes to NYSW Risk Management policies.
Please note the following before you apply:
Due to the changes in Risk Management policy, the cost of applying is now $35.00 and will yield a 2 year pass. This must be paid by credit card online so you must have a credit/debit card available when you apply. Passes now take effect and expire in the beginning and end of the calendar year.

When you enter your contact information, please assure it matches your referee registration. You can view this in your personal information profile on Game Officials.

4. Club Choice
Referees who are applying for risk management Must choose Western NY Referees Association when selecting their "club" and use the ensuing popup menu to denote which district they are registered in or where they will be doing the majority of their games.
